Esquire Innovations Previews iScrub 7 EP1 at ILTA Conference 2011

Temecula, CA. August 22, 2011 – Esquire Innovations, Inc, a leading provider of Microsoft Office integration software for law firms, announced it will be previewing the upcoming version of their metadata management application for Microsoft Office, iScrub 7 EP1 at the International Legal Technology Association’s 2011 Conference, held at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center in Nashville TN, August 21-25, 2011.

The new version enhances iScrub’s PDF, batch cleaning and email transmission options.

“iScrub continues to be one of the most widely used metadata products on the market. In this release we continue to enhance the product to meet our clients’ changing needs. The recent federal court requirement that electronically filed documents be submitted in the PDF/A format is a good example of this. Our clients want to use iScrub to clean their documents of metadata before submitting them to the courts, and with this new version they will be able to save clean documents in the PDF/A format”.

Previews of the new version of iScrub 7 are scheduled in the Cheekwood H demo room on Monday August 22 and Tuesday August 23, as well as in the exhibition hall at Esquire’s booth, # 223, throughout the conference.

Features of iScrub 7 EP1 include:

  • Enhanced PDF options including PDF/A and Fast Web options
  • Batch file cleaning of Microsoft Office and PDF files
  • Metadata viewer for Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Built-in management module for easy configuration
  • Enhanced reporting of the metadata contained within a document
  • An unlimited number of metadata management levels
  • The ability to clean zipped files or zip files after cleaning
  • The ability to clean password protected documents from email

In addition to iScrub 7, Esquire will also be providing demos of: iCreate 7 with iHyperstyles7, the popular document production and formatting solution; iRedline 7, for enhanced Word document comparison; and iDocID, for automating and customizing the document ID process in Word and Excel. Together, the products are available as the combined package called iOffice System 7.

Esquire’s products take advantage of Enhanced Native Architecture ™ (ENA), a term coined by Esquire. ENA is the methodology for retaining the look and feel of Microsoft Word to promote streamlined workflow and reduce end user training requirements. In addition, by retaining Word’s native capabilities, an electronic document can be used for collaboration purposes more effectively.
