The firms of Grippo & Elden LLC (Chicago), Ice Miller LLP ( Indianapolis) and Shea Stokes Roberts & Wagner ALC (San Diego) have recently chosen iCreate to address their template and macro needs. iCreates’ tools provide consistency and standardization in document creation, efficiency in formatting, consistency and reliability. Ease of use in template configuration and administration was important in replacing the firms' current solutions.
Metadata Software is a must for Law Firms:
Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP (Nashville), and Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrath, Dickson, Talley & Dunlap, P.A (Orlando). have purchased Esquire Innovations' iScrub, already used by over 350 firms, for solving the firms' metadata concerns. Sharing documents electronically risks the unintentional disclosure of the hidden data within the documents, which can undermine the firm's credibility and embarrass clients. iScrub is a proactive, straightforward solution for end users while providing ease of administration and deployment for the IT staff.
Promoting Best Practices for Microsoft Word Redlining:
Grippo & Elden LLC will be using Esquire's iRedline for comparing documents and handling comparison documents. iRedline compares documents in Microsoft Word or Excel generating a result document indicating insertions, deletions and moved text. iRedline further assists the document collaboration process by providing conversions between track changes, iRedline marks, and DeltaView changes.
Consistency, Productivity and Speed:
Deutsch, Williams, Brooks, DeRensis & Holland P.C. (Boston) has purchased Esquire Innovations’ iOffice system, which includes iCreate, iScrub, iRedline and iDocID. iOffice System provides the tools for consistent document creation, formatting (standard styles), metadata management, document redlining and integrated DMS document identification.
